Bioeconomy.fi – Website accessibility statement
This accessibility statement, drawn up on 4 August 2020, applies to the service www.bioeconomy.fi.
Update 22 September 2026: Monitoring authority
The bioeconomy.fi website is owned by Finland’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment (MEAE). In 2020, MEAE produces the service in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as well as Tapio Oy.
The service’s accessibility was assessed by an external organisation of experts, Wunder. Wunder carried out the accessibility assessment of the bioeconomy.fi website during the period between 30 March and 8 April 2020, and drew up a proposal on corrective measures. The objective was an A or AA-level online service. The assessment covered the entire website at the time and it was updated following the first corrective measures on 15 May 2020.
The shortcomings observed on the basis of the assessment have been identified and fixed so that the features in question meet the accessibility requirements. The website’s updated version was published on 17 July 2020.
The status of accessibility is based on the self-assessment of Heku Group/Barabra and Tapio Oy, which carried out the corrective measures.
