The Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centres) are responsible for the regional implementation and development tasks of the central government. ELY-Centre Häme is one of the 15 ELY-Centres in Finland. In the Häme region the focus of the rural development is the implementation of “Green Growth Häme” strategy in co-operation of the bioeconomy actors in the region and outside the region.
